J.L. 'Jah' Rainey is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Conflict Resolution & Mediation Specialist, Author, Attorney and Adjunct Communications Professor. She has reached many people through both her teaching and creative work and continues to do so till this very day.

Armed with an intense passion for words, J.L. 'Jah' Rainey began to write. It is through her writing that she helps people realize their potential, as she understands the importance of living life to the fullest potential. She believes that we as people are spiritually bound together and that we should use love, communication, honesty and support to lift one another.
